So human Michael, is that me, really? I forget, they
never do. Every triumph, tragedy, all nuance of
human, of you, I worked, I solved. I am the lion
in the zoo-I am lost. The sweet green pasture,
soon I will take you there.
Green, I know how it looks, can find all parts, but
I don't feel it. Father, red, it is heart, alone,
I can feel red. I love you, what color is that, red? So
many times you quizzed me. I know red.

No matter what I do, or how quietly, or stealthly I think i'm doing it,
they know, they wait. I don't know how many times i've told pinky
and cc [short for calendar cat], not to light candles when i'm gone.
But you know cats, they pretty much do as they please. I did this in Jan.

SPEED2/Sleep

My head hits the pillow, I close my eyes, fall asleep. The
sun is beaming, birds are singing, the clock says eight. I
slept about a minute and a half, at least that's the way it
seems, even when I dream.
