This is really 'something'! Love this painting! & poem! It all says a lot here- as always. Very trippy! I just saw part of Easy Rider the other day (depressing, but great film)- I'm hearing the music from the trip sequence looking at this. Also hearing Zip-a-dee-doo-dah song ('Mister bluebird on my shoulder')- no- I'm not tripping.

I spy with my little eye, a piece of your heart floating by...
I'm not going to over-analyze this one. I'm just going to enjoy it!

Bluebirds are the symbol of freedom! Freedom bites like Jack does ... I could easily be tangled in this texture Hardwax!

Very cool mottled pattern in there around that heart... almost unnoticed until one enlarges the whole. I'm with StudioLolo... Easy to get all tangled up over-analyzing... Kinda like what folks do with poetry... I was an English major, and the BS I used to write in those classes makes my head spin now.

Anyway, you always give us so much to take in and simply enjoy, as the eye slides over it all.

Again, thanks for the kind comments... don't know if I'll post to the 'poem' topic. In fact, the 'moon' one will be a repeat of 'night' from late '05. Blogging Without Obligation!

i can feel this painting is very special to you. the rhythm is spontaneous but today the color is awesome. it's like a bird singing a poem.
