creating multi-colored snowman during a snowstorm that
hasn't happened yet. Also, going around in a circle, round
and round when you can't come up with an idea for a word
as universal and familiar as 'trouble'.

looks a bit different then it did last nite. i was just about to comment on it and u pulled it. and dont feel to bad i had the same problem with the word "trouble". nice storm effect, is it blowing in of the lake? J/K
this is just lovely; really like the pastel colors; how each piece seems alive.
At first glance I thought broken teapots- then Humpty Dumpty popped into head- then it hit me like a snowball- a fallen Frosty the Snowman! Don't know why I didn't see it right off the bat- - the color threw me maybe- don't expect snowman to be three flavors- maybe he's Italian (ice)? haha. I guess I focus on color, and general shape- abstractly-first- (and frozen desserts) then hone in on the details (only with paintings- not with people). Did someone attack him with traditional white-blue snowballs because he was different?
You think so well visually as well as conceptually- - colors (great idea by itself)- shapes and concept- painting awesome as usual!
There you go spinning wonderful tales with your art again. There's a great story here, and we want to know more. The cool thing is you let us piece things together and weave our own. That chunk out of the poor snow guy and his eye so far away... what sort of mean-spirited punk would make such trouble for this poor dude? Way cool.
I love the story like feel to this, and the little stars. Wonderful.
so peaceful...
i had my trouble with the word too and with time so i wasnt able to make an illo for this topic. but glad i came here.. looks peaceful indeed after a trouble-some incident (that may have broken some pots)
