MONSTER2/footsteps

this is not the path I thought
this is not the path I sought
this is not the dream I bought
just a fever of fate I caught

Ooh this is great, reminds me a little of de Chirico. Very creepy and atmospheric, one to spend time with :)

This has a special stopped, dreamlike feeling. I also like the perspective and the small coloured details. You have well captured the moment just before "it" comes. I love Stephen King, but Dean Koontz is as powerful a mystery and scary tale writer. They have different styles, which I like.

And I like your style, too. Very talented.

Something wicked this way comes... Your illustrations are so rich in their storytelling. Think I said this once before... but your art would be great to put in front of a creative writing class and have the students interpret.

I've only seen Dean Koontz's names on the cover of books... the quote makes me want to open up one of those books.

Oh, and the storm clouds below reveal any number of monstrous faces.

Missed getting to either of your feet posts last week, but I especially like the Downtown Divas approach.

As ever, your stuff is great. Love the cat looking up, about to run.

What is coming? Maybe some big monster? Or maybe the man with the potatoes he come - everybody happy - mash potato fiesta!

You never know.

Nice - I like very much!

This is defintely very very scary looking...it's ominous in the way the building and the dark sky crowd us...it makes me feel tense...the walking figure could either be evil or a victim. I love the cat! I agree with twisselman - your paintings would make awesome writing prompts!
