Very cool! An imposing image. The bow and balloons confuse me a bit though...

Beautiful painting- Beautifully original- which is not original for you- as you seem to always be. Awesome!
Let's see--- it's a female art-decoish spider- (I think females are usually the ones w/the real venom- the males are often smaller and way less poisonous)-- and it's celebrating it's success in sucking the life out of it's prey. (So this must be how the fashion models keep so skeleton-like-- or is it heroin). [Is it also a fashion show runway decked w/balloons etc.?]

I like your "architectural structured" spyder...it really conceives a phobic feeling...

Wow, excellent image, that one is going to stay with me way too long!

Love the architecture and the female image with a lot of real and reflected legs. Very dreamy

I love the surreal feel of this painting. It reminds me of taking children to the doctor to get their shots and then getting stickers or a treat afterwards. Here you are getting them both at once. GRIN

Very intriguing image!! This needle is somewhere between a calligraphy nib and an old record player needle. I love how the structure has a set of creepy eyes...and a pink bow to boot!

Wickedly cool. The stuff of my nightmares. The bow and balloons are genius touches.

Ingenious way of putting 2 phobias together. Love the little pink bow and balloon touches too.

I would only take the balloons. I like the way the two phobias are joined on the pic.
By the pose and atitude of the girl i would say she's enjoying it! :)

Extremely dark and scary! This is like De Chirico on speed - truly menacing and oppressive!

Thinking about this a bit further, the Gothic cathedral ceiling as spider is a wonderful touch. I'm not sure what the balloons and needle mean exactly, but it seems in keeping with the overall fear underlying the piece :).
